What’s the status of my return & refund?
Returns can take up to 10 business days to process. Once approved, refunds typically take 2–7 business days to appear in your account. We do our best to move quickly!

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll gladly help with a return. Just reach out to support@pronoplus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Do you refund shipping costs?
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouses. We have several across the country to provide the fastest shipping possible to each region!

What shipping carrier do you use?
The shipping carrier depends on the item and shipping location, but we typically partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders process within 1–2 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 3–5 business days. Please note: shipping may take longer during holidays or due to severe weather conditions.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order (cancel, update items, edit shipping address, etc.), please email us as soon as possible at support@pronoplus.com We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee edits once your order has been processed or shipped.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you're having trouble finding your tracking number, contact us at support@pronoplus.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do you ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes?
We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses.

Do you offer expedited shipping? We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Do you charge sales tax? Yes, applicable sales tax will be added based on your shipping address and local regulations.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location.

Duties & Taxes (Canada Specific) Taxes are generally included in product pricing. However, import duties are not included and may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by Canadian customs and are outside of our control. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and Paypal!

I just placed my order. Can I change the payment method?
We are unfortunately not able to make changes to payments once an order has been placed.
What is the thread count of Pronu Plus Sheets?
The most recent generations of Pronu Plus Sheets are made with 300-thread-count fabrics to give a premium, silky-soft feel. Many brands that claim 1,000+ thread count often manipulate the numbers by splitting yarns to artificially inflate the count.

What are Pronu Plus Sheets made of?
They’re made from our innovative Clean & Cool™ fabrics, inspired by NASA technology and infused with natural silver.

Where are your materials sourced?
Our materials are sourced from India, Pakistan, and China.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed in the U.S. As of 2023, our bedding is manufactured in India and our bath towels in Pakistan, by textile teams with over 50 years of experience.

What makes the silver-infused bath towel better than a traditional bath towel?
Our towels are infused with natural silver, which helps prevent up to 99.7% of bacterial growth, keeping them cleaner for longer.

Do the sheets have deep pockets?
Yes! Our sheets are made to fit mattresses up to 15 inches deep. We recommend measuring your mattress before ordering.

What tests have you done to ensure your silver-infused products are effective in eliminating bacteria?
We worked with an independent lab specializing in antimicrobial testing. The study showed that products without silver doubled in bacteria every 20 minutes, while our silver-infused products reduced bacteria by up to 99.7%.

Do your sheets contain toxic chemicals?
Nope! All of our sheets and towels are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they’re free from harmful chemicals and safe for your skin.

Is there elastic all the way around the fitted sheet?
Yes! Our fitted sheets have a stretchy elastic band all around, ensuring a snug, secure fit on any bed.

Do your sheets have a tag identifying the long and short ends?
Yes! Each sheet includes labels for the short and long sides, so making the bed is quicker and easier.

Do your sheets attract pet hair?
Our silky-smooth sheets are resistant to lint and pet hair—just give them a shake to clean them off!

How are Pronu Plus Sheets self-cleaning?
They’re infused with silver ions, which naturally prevent up to 99.9% of bacteria growth. The silver bonds to bacteria like a magnet and helps stop it from reproducing—so your sheets stay fresher, longer.

1. 2-Year Warranty

Your Pronu Plus sheet set, pillowcase pair, duvet-comforter cover, or towel (the “Product”) can be covered by a purchasable 2-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”). This Limited Warranty gives you certain legal rights, and you may also have other rights which differ from state to state. The 30-day money-back guarantee supersedes this warranty during the first 30 days. The Limited Warranty applies to one Product of your choice.

2. Products Covered by This Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty extends to sheet sets, pillowcase pairs, duvet-comforter covers, and towels manufactured by Pronu Plus and purchased directly from pronuplus.com.

3. Who This Warranty Extends To

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of any Product who has purchased the 2-year warranty. All Pronu Plus warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for as long as the Product is owned by the original purchaser. The “original purchaser” refers to the first person to buy the Product directly from Pronu Plus. Please keep a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty is not transferable.

4. Pronu Plus' Limited Warranty and Responsibilities

Pronu Plus warrants that the Product in its original packaging is free from defects in materials and workmanship (“Defects”) for a period of 2 years from the purchase date, when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.

5. What This Limited Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty applies to Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the following limitations: This Warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear from washing and regular use (please follow our care instructions). Comfort preference. Physical damage including burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains. Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation. Commercial or institutional use. Acts of God or natural disasters. Replacement of non-defective components (e.g., replacing a full set when only one item is defective). Products purchased from unauthorized resellers. In the event of a Defect, Pronu Plus’ sole responsibility is to repair or replace the defective Product. The replacement may be in a different color than originally purchased.

6. Your Responsibilities

To qualify for a warranty claim, you must: Return the Product to Pronu Plus. Provide proof of the original purchase date. Submit clear evidence of the Defect, such as photos. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Once approved, Pronu Plus will send you a replacement Product if applicable. Note: The warranty period does not reset with a replacement. For example, if your original towels were purchased on January 1st, and replaced on June 1st, the warranty still ends 2 years after January 1st. All claims should be emailed with supporting photos to: support@pronoplus.com
